His approach to business growth is rooted in effective networking and adept project management, encompassing operations and strategic planning. Moreover, Kalyan has developed proficiency in website development and digital marketing, further broadening his impressive skill set.

With a career spanning over 18 years in the smart card and payment industry, he has been a significant asset to companies such as Aplab, eSmart, CMS Computers, Sodexo, and Coromandel Infotech. Transitioning from employment to entrepreneurship, Kalyan founded Good Morning Concierge Pvt. Ltd. in 2007, offering concierge services within gated communities. The venture, later known as Aspire Value Services Pvt. Ltd., has now evolved into Treasure Hospitality, continuing its journey under a new leadership team. Complementing his business acumen, Kalyan has also earned certifications in Design Thinking, which has honed his ability to optimally conceptualize projects with a focus on enhancing customer experiences.
